Please remember this is Seasonal, so the contents may vary. An example of the items we give you are as follows:

2/3 portions of fruit – these could include lemons, pomegranates, granadillas.

2 portions of leafy greens – these could include spinach, mustard leaf and frilly lettuce.

1 portion of seasonal herbs – these could include rosemary, lemon thyme etc.

3 portions of seasonal veg – these could include potato, carrots etc.
